The Hunter Theatre Company (HTC) provides students with the opportunity to experience the performing arts through workshops, seminars, events, and student-run productions. HTC produces at least three shows a year in collaboration with student directors, and hosts various other events such as the Undergraduate Playwrights Festival and Technical Theatre workshops.

Our mission is to give all Hunter students regardless of major or past experience a chance to explore all aspects of theatre. From acting, directing, and writing, to design and production management, the artistic works produced by HTC give students opportunities to express themselves as they explore the world of theatre.
